Returns & Refunds

At Silk Route, we take pride in the quality of every product we formulate. As a skincare brand, we stand behind everything we ship.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only in the following cases:

  • The product was received damaged or broken
  • The product received is different from what was ordered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Minor variations in colour or texture due to natural ingredients

Return Window

All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be entertained.

How to Raise a Return

  1. Email us at hello@silkrouteofficial.com or call +91 98458 44001 within 7 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
  4. Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged via Bluedart at no cost to you

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please raise a return and place a new order.
